+ Are your candles non toxic?
Yes! We create all our products with non toxic materials, including all natural Coconut wax, premium cotton wicks (lead free), phthalate free fragrance oils, and essential oils.
+ Do you test your products on animals?
We do not test our products on animals.
Candle Care
+ How do I get the best burn time from my candles?
For the best burn time, ensure the wick is trimmed to at least ¼ inch each time you burn your candle. This prevents uneven burning, sooting, flaring, and dripping.
+ How long should I burn my candle?
You should burn your candle for 2-3 hours each time. This will help the candle burn evenly, and always remember to trim the wick before each burn.
+ My candle is producing a lot of black smoke (soot)…how can I prevent this?
If you notice black soot when you first light or during the burn of your candle, trimming your wicks should resolve this! Again, ensure your wick is trimmed to at least ¼ inch each time you burn your candle.
SHIPPING
+ How long will my order go take to be delivered?
Once your order is placed, please allow 2-4 business days for processing, prior to shipping. Once shipped, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days.
+ What delivery courier do you use?
Orders are shipped via USPS and UPS.
+ Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders $75 or more (before tax).
+ Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
+ How would I go about updating the shipping address on my order?
If you realize you have entered the incorrect address, please email info@arimillercandles.com within 2 business days of placing your order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
+ What if I'm not satisfied with my candle(s)? Am I able to return or exchange??
Although we ensure our candles are thouroughly tested and created with the utmost intention to please our customers, we understand there may be a circumstance where you are not satisfied. Therefore, we offer returns for store credit and exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Cost of shipping for a return/exchange is solely the responsibility of the customer.
+ I recieved my candle and it was damaged during shipping. am I able to recieve a replacement?
Yes, if a candle is damaged during Shipping, please take photos of the damaged item(s) and send to info@arimillercandles.com. We will gladly replace the damaged item(s) for you.
+ How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
Once we recieve your item(s). please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
